Begin class by preparing a classic Caesar salad upgraded with grilled shrimp, and clam chowder studded with fresh vegetables. Then, grilled salmon gets a kick with Cajun butter shrimp and zingy tomato herb relish with roasted Brussels sprouts. Handcraft a caprese salad with basil and drizzled balsamic before whipping up a decadent peanut butter pie with chocolate cookie crust.
