Immerse yourself in New Orleans culture in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Devin. You will learn how to handcraft three dishes completely from scratch that originated in NOLA for an authentic taste of the city.

Begin by making Louisiana meat pie stuffed with ground beef, ground sausage and various Cajun spices. Then, cook up a batch of hearty gumbo featuring fresh shrimp, andouille sausage and chicken, and freshly baked buttermilk cornbread. Finish the class by flambéing your way to classic bananas Foster with warm spices, rum and banana liqueur.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
