Social Distancing Friendly Learn how to prepare a romantic Italian menu with a vegan twist by Chef A'Donna.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef A'Donna will teach you how to make a luxurious vegan meal inspired by classic Italian cooking. You will practice signature Italian techniques, including preparing handmade vegan pasta, perfect for a romantic dinner.
Begin with homemade flatbread topped with caramelized onions, sun-dried tomatoes and arugula finished with a tangy apricot glaze. Next, Chef A'Donna will guide you as you make fresh penne pasta with vegan goat cheese. For dessert, craft an indulgent, vegan tiramisu with handmade ladyfingers and bold espresso.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef A'Donna puts a healthy spin on traditional dishes, resulting in delicious and creative meals that will inspire guests to incorporate more healthy ingredients into their own recipes. She has been teaching cooking classes and hosting private chef events for years and is a master chef.
Chef A'Donna is a decorated private chef with more than a decade of experience in the field and a certificate in culinary coaching from Harvard Medical School. She specializes in elevated vegan comfort food and dairy-free cooking, and boasts years of experience cooking private dinner parties and corporate cooking classes for the likes of Nike and Google, to name a few. Chef A'Donna also enjoys teaching cooking basics and kitchen safety to children.
