Cooking Class - French Pastries 101
Create decadent French pastries from scratch with Chef Sarah.
Step into a French pastry class taught by Chef Sarah as you master the art of crafting decadent traditional French sweets. You will learn the secrets to the perfect dough, creamy filling and smooth chocolate ganache for three classic pastries.
Begin with classic and versatile pâte à choux dough as a base for éclairs, cream puffs and luxurious profiteroles. Then, you'll make decadent Chantilly cream to fill your pastries and a shiny chocolate ganache to top them. You will create, design and pipe a dozen pastries to take home with boxes provided.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Now an Executive Pastry Chef and Head of Culinary Production, Chef Sarah is a Culinary Institute of America graduate with over twelve years of experience working and teaching in top bakeries from NYC to Boston. She has appeared as a competitor and judge on the Food Network, and her expertise ranges from donuts to wedding cakes. Chef Sarah loves everything about the world of baking, especially sharing her passion with others.
