Cooking Class - French Pastries 101

Create decadent French pastries from scratch with Chef Sarah.

Step into a French pastry class taught by Chef Sarah as you master the art of crafting decadent traditional French sweets. You will learn the secrets to the perfect dough, creamy filling and smooth chocolate ganache for three classic pastries.

Begin with classic and versatile pâte à choux dough as a base for éclairs, cream puffs and luxurious profiteroles. Then, you'll make decadent Chantilly cream to fill your pastries and a shiny chocolate ganache to top them. You will create, design and pipe a dozen pastries to take home with boxes provided.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Sarah was absoutely amazing! Her bio does not do her justice - she is exceptionally talented and very experienced.
