In this interactive cooking class, you'll discover exciting new recipes and cooking methods with a European influence as you prepare four courses with Chef Steve.

Begin by roasting carrots for a creamy ginger soup made famous in France. Then, roll and create handmade cheese Italian ravioli topped with a savory marinara sauce you’ll craft from scratch, followed by a colorful Mediterranean salad with peppers, tomatoes and feta to enjoy with your pasta dish. Finally, prepare a meringue-based dessert that's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
