Indulge in this cooking class with Chef Steve and discover a delightful menu featuring carrot ginger soup, blending carrots, garlic, ginger and onions in a rich vegetable stock. Move on to the exquisite chicken piccata, a zesty delight of chicken breast, lemon, capers and white wine. Master the art of Parmesan risotto, crafted with Carnaroli or Arborio rice, chicken stock and Parmesan. Conclude with irresistible cannoli bites, showcasing Greek phyllo cups filled with Belgian chocolate and pistachios. Join this cooking class for a feast of flavors!

This was a wonderful experience everything was organized and flowed smoothly and the food was delicious. Steve is a genuinely good person who wants his guests to hBe the best experience in his class and In Reno. This is a great vacation activity.

Chef Steve did an excellent job! My favorite chef for sure :). Super patient and explained tips and tricks that helped me immediately improve my skills. I learned to make an amazing meringue as one of the inputs for the chocolate mousse. Highly recommend!
