Cooking Class - Chocolate Making 101
Indulge your sweet tooth in this luscious chocolate and candy-making class. Chef Lawrencia will instruct you on how to temper and mold mouth-watering sweet treats you can easily recreate at home.
Begin by crafting classic chocolate straws by combining milk and white chocolates. Next, temper chocolate to create glossy candies with milk, and white and dark chocolate flavors. End the class by learning how to make toffee candy with sweet caramel and creamy milk chocolate. Spark your creativity by filling your sweet treats with nuts, mousse and cherries.
