Cooking Class - Mastery of Seafood Favorites

Learn how to prepare a variety of seafood with this elevated menu by Chef William.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef William guides you as you practice a range of kitchen skills from making fresh pasta to artfully preparing seafood. You will also create an elegant dessert with a sweet twist.

First, mix up and pan-sear hearty crab cakes with a tangy Dijon cream. Next, prepare handmade pasta and white wine cream sauce to pair with a variety of seafood and sautéed vegetables. For dessert, learn how to form a homemade, edible bowl made of butterscotch caramel, filled with roasted apples and drizzled with chocolate sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

His ventures led him to become a private chef, planning whole menus and guiding meal preparations. With so much experience under his hat, Chef William now enjoys helping home chefs and aspiring gourmets elevate their kitchen skills.
