Cooking Class - Mastery of Seafood Favorites
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef William guides you as you practice a range of kitchen skills from making fresh pasta to artfully preparing seafood. You will also create an elegant dessert with a sweet twist.
First, mix up and pan-sear hearty crab cakes with a tangy Dijon cream. Next, prepare handmade pasta and white wine cream sauce to pair with a variety of seafood and sautéed vegetables. For dessert, learn how to form a homemade, edible bowl made of butterscotch caramel, filled with roasted apples and drizzled with chocolate sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
