In this hands-on cooking class, the chefs will guide you as you prepare vegan dishes inspired by Ecuadorian cooking. Using tropical, plant-based ingredients, you will practice your kitchen skills while crafting this unique menu.
Transform hearts of palm into a savory appetizer before balancing salty, spicy and umami ingredients to create vegan chorizo rice with vegetables using red wine, lime, nori and kelp. Next, make crispy potatoes to pair with a creamy peanut butter sauce. Finish the class with a sweet and silky vegan chocolate pie with coconut flakes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
