Experience the traditional Italian way of dining in this hands-on pasta-making class with Chef Katelin. Learn how to prepare a menu of Italian favorites as you roll and cut your way to pasta perfection.

Begin with fresh, vibrant Roma tomatoes and mozzarella bruschetta, followed by an unforgettably savory Italian chicken with stewed vegetables, including eggplant, zucchini and mushrooms. Try your hand at pasta-making with fresh cavatelli dressed in a creamy pesto sauce. Don't forget about dessert — craft yourself a chocolate honey almond tart from scratch.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
