Cooking Class - Handcrafted Asian Dumplings
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Joss will teach you how to make classic Asian-style dumplings from start to finish. Practice filling, folding, steaming and frying savory dumplings paired with vibrant sauces.
Begin by making a bright side dish of cucumber kimchi to accompany your handmade dumplings. Sharpen your knife skills while preparing vegetables and spices for your fillings. To complement your fried or steamed pork and shrimp dumplings, the chef will guide you as you craft a zesty ponzu sauce and bold chili oil to dip your handcrafted dumplings in.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
