Cooking Class - Classic Italian Dough: Pizza and Pasta


Learn the secrets to homemade dough and how to turn it into two favorite foods.
During this engaging, hands-on cooking class, Chef Jenna will teach you all of the culinary tips and techniques you need to conquer the Italian dough duo: Pizza and pasta.
After an arugula appetizer salad, you'll whip up your dough from scratch before hand-rolling ravioli and filling them with a spinach and ricotta filling. Next, transform your dough into an authentic Italian pizza pie loaded with mushrooms, onions and a blend of cheeses. Finally, you'll prepare an olive oil cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Fantastic!!!! Chef Jenna was amazing. Not only was her food delicious but she was so personable. She brought everything with her (even dishes and cutlery)! When she left, you wouldn’t have even know we had someone cook here as she cleaned up as well. I cannot recommend her enough. We will be asking her to cook for us again.
