Your culinary journey begins with a cucumber and wakame salad topped with homemade sesame soy dressing. Create an authentic miso soup, salmon teriyaki flavored with sesame and green onions and tempura featuring lightly fried seasonal vegetables. You'll also prepare pan-fried pork gyoza warmly seasoned with ginger and garlic soy sauce.
