Cooking Class - Korean Barbecue Classics
Get ready to experience Korean barbecue like never before, with explosive, perfectly balanced flavors that really pack a punch. In this hands-on experience, Chef Greg will demonstrate all of the techniques needed to prepare and execute mouthwatering Korean barbecue favorites.
Begin your adventure by creating a classic scallion pancake with a simple dipping sauce. Follow it up with savory bulgogi beef and oi muchim, small side dishes packed with flavor. Complete your meal with baesuk, an elegant and refreshing dessert consisting of peaches cooked with green tea and honey.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
