Cooking Class - Mangia Italiano
The tastes and textures of the Tuscan hills come to life in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Annie. You'll explore quintessential dishes that make Italian cuisine a favorite around the world.
Begin with a classic Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella and juicy tomatoes. Then, prepare bruschetta topped with a batch of fresh ricotta cheese, created from scratch using milk, cream and vinegar, and linguini al pomodoro featuring handmade pasta, tomatoes and Parmesan. For dessert, enjoy a lesson in lemon ricotta cake topped with slivered almonds.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
