Cooking Class - Caribbean Tacos

Savor the island life in edible form in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Annie. With a tantalizing blend of tropical ingredients and Latin influences on the menu, you'll taste sunshine in every bite.

Your lesson begins with a tropical guacamole appetizer served with tortilla chips to whet your appetite. Then, create crispy fish tacos featuring breaded snapper with sweet-and-fiery papaya habanero salsa and pickled red onions. And for dessert, whip up a decadent mango basil custard that will have your heart singing a sweet calypso tune!

Annie was just amazing! My boyfriend and I booked the Caribbean tacos class and she went above and beyond to teach us different techniques and the origin of the food. She even brought her own homemade papaya salsa that was so delicious. Such a great experience; we will definitely be booking again.

Chef Annie taught me how to make an amazing lemon marinade that can be used in many ways. She showed me how easy it is to make homemade sauces, marinades and dressings. She was a delight to work with and I recommend taking her class anytime you are in town!
