Cooking Class - Artisan Pizza
In this interactive pizza-making class, Chef Jar guides you through the foundations of preparing an artisan pizza feast as you learn how to make handmade dough and fresh tomato sauce. Once you have the base for your pizza creations, the toppings are up to you!
Begin with a fresh Caesar salad and homemade dressing while you prepare the pizza dough and sauce. Choose from a variety of cheeses, meats and vegetables to create unique texture and flavor combinations to suit your taste. Then, prepare classic Italian cannoli for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
With mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic and lemon zest
Tomato Pizza Sauce
With garlic, basil, oregano and red wine vinegar
With all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar and olive oil
Vegetables/Herbs: Bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, basil, onions, pineapple and jalapeños
Meat: Beef, Italian sausage, pepperoni and Canadian bacon
Cheese: Mozzarella and Parmesan
With ricotta cheese, chocolate mousse, chocolate chips, strawberries and powdered sugar
