Cooking Class - The Best of Italy
In this immersive cooking class, Chef Ashley will provide expert knowledge on traditional Italian cooking, plus some creative tips to put a twist on classic dishes.
You'll begin with a Roman-inspired bruschetta, made with crusty crostini, creamy herb ricotta and bursting cherry tomatoes in a balsamic reduction. Next, learn how to make handmade fettuccine topped with an innovative and nutrient-dense broccoli purée with grilled chicken and roasted cauliflower. End your lesson on a sweet note with a delightful fruit crostata.
