In this hands-on cooking class, Chefs Mike and Marcus will show you the basic techniques and recipes that any home chef should master. You'll learn to source fresh, inexpensive ingredients and create flavorful, hearty dishes.
To start, you'll create a classic caprese salad with fresh tomato and basil and creamy mozzarella. Then, stir up a traditional beef and pork bolognese sauce to pour over fresh homemade fettuccini. Once you learn to make classic focaccia bread to accompany your pasta, you'll move onto dessert: fresh, juicy fruits layered in smooth sabayon.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
