Join Chef Chericia for an authentic Southern cooking class where you'll learn how to prepare several classic and comforting dishes, with lessons on how to fry chicken and make Southern-style biscuits.

Your Southern cooking exhibition begins frying dry-brined chicken to perfect crispiness, followed by making red beans and rice and smokey collard greens. Then, it's time to mix up a batch of fluffy sweet potato biscuits to enjoy with your chicken and sides. For dessert, craft a rich banana pudding full of sweet, creamy flavor and contrasting vanilla wafer crunch.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was my first Cozymeal and I was so impressed! The amount of food, level of instruction, and chef's friendliness and expertise were all above and beyond. Every ingredient was super high-quality (shoutout Wegmans) and we have plenty of leftovers. Each dish was delish and Chef Chericia made sure to tailor flavors to our tastes - asking how much garlic we like, what our spice tolerance is, etc. Not gonna lie, I was a little skeptical on the whole Cozymeal thing, but this absolutely exceeded my expectations. Well worth the price. This is a PERFECT date night, team building, girlfriends hangout, whatever. We had a blast.

We had a wonderful time cooking with Chef Chericia! She was very knowledgeable and patient with us, and guided us through all the steps we didn’t feel comfortable with. The food was phenomenal! Can’t wait to do it again!
