Whether you're sensitive to gluten or you just want to try something new, you'll be amazed by Chef Anna's gluten-free dough. In this baking class, you'll learn exactly what gluten is, its purpose and the ingredients needed to mimic its characteristics to create gluten-free options.
Discover how to make gluten-free dough for a variety of baked goods, including a simple sandwich loaf bread, buttermilk biscuits, muffins and soft cinnamon rolls topped with vanilla icing. Chef Anna will also teach you how to make gluten-free pizza crust with your choice of toppings.
