There's no denying that fast food is delicious but it also tends to include unhealthy ingredients. Learn how to make fast food favorites with a healthy twist in this creative cooking class with Chef Vanessa.

Begin by making the popular Vietnamese banh mi sandwich with pickled toppings and tofu. Then, you'll take on nachos made with a "cheesy" cashew base and plenty of toppings. For dessert, prepare and enjoy a matcha green tea coconut milkshake. You'll be amazed at how amazing these fast food dishes taste with just plant-based ingredients.

Chef Vanessa was so welcoming to my partner and I! For the first in person cooking class we did, this was a great experience. She was so accommodating as we usually stick to a vegan diet. I would sign up for a class with Chef Vanessa again!
