Cooking Class - Elegant Spanish Tapas
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Danielle will help you create the types of classic Latin dishes served by posadas and bodegas to hungry travelers in 19th-century Spain.
Begin class with a dish of fresh olives coated in thyme and orange-infused oil before indulging in the authentic and regional tastes of deviled dates, made with bacon and almonds. Next, prepare Atlantic tuna fillet and capers to stuff into roasted piquillo peppers. For a sweet finish to your Spanish tapas excursion, craft a delightfully rich citrus olive oil cake.
