Get snug as a bug in a rug with Chef Danielle's hearty soups and stews.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Danielle shows you how to craft delicious and belly-warming soups that can be adjusted to accommodate every palette or dietary need.
Start the class with a delightfully herbaceous soup made with fennel, zucchini, onion, and tomatoes. Next, prepare a robust stew featuring savory sausage, white beans, pancetta, and Parmesan. Afterward, make a rich and creamy soup comprised of garbanzo beans and emmer grains, also known as farro. Finish your meal off with a fall-inspired spiced apple cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Talented, skilled personal chef, who knows her way around a kitchen. We had such a great time learning to make pizza dough, zeppole and caprese salad! My 12 year old thinks this is the best pizza he has ever had. Chef Danielle is sweet, funny and provides an amazing personalized experience. We highly recommend her and will have another class with her soon!

Chef Danielle has spent 15 years working in kitchens across the United States and in Mexico, fine tuning her skills in Mediterranean, Italian, French, Italian, Greek and Caribbean cuisine. She even launched her own private chef business out of Seattle, Washington. She brings an abundance of experience and enthusiasm to the table, and is passionate about showing aspiring chefs of all skill levels how to master professional culinary techniques.
