Travel to Italy in this interactive cooking class with Chef Gill and learn how to prepare rustic, homemade Italian cuisine that you can recreate again and again.

Begin this hands-on experience with a savory mushroom bruschetta before making your very own pasta dough from scratch. Roll out and hand cut tender pappardelle pasta noodles and prepare two sauces — a hearty tomato sausage ragu and a fresh vegetable ragu. For dessert, you'll learn how to whip up classic zabaglione served over poached pears.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
