Cooking Class - Vegetarian Asian Dumplings
Master folding skills and simple methods for crafting Asian-style recipes, as well as learning how to cook in a bamboo steamer in this hands-on cooking class. Join a world-class chef on a journey through favorites with a modern and vegetarian twist.
To begin, you'll create sesame Sriracha-stuffed cucumber cups with pickled vegetables. For the main course, fill and fold your own shiitake mushroom, tofu and scallion dumplings and create classic spring rolls brimming with carrots, avocado and basil. For the sweet part, learn how to make fortune cookies complete with handwritten fortunes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
