Chef Sami has spent years cooking on private yachts and in Michelin-starred restaurants and now she's cranking out croissants in her spacious, beautiful baking space in Sausalito! Join her in this baking class as she teaches you the art of croissant making.
In this specialty baking class, Chef Sami will not only show you how to create sweet and savory croissant varieties, she'll also teach you how to make a relative of the traditional croissant -- the infamous croissant doughnut!
You’ll learn how you can use croissant dough to create radically different pastries and you’ll also gain experience using a dough sheeter. Chef Sami will teach you all about how to obtain the proper texture of croissants and you'll leave the class with your own box of pastries. Bon appétit!

Chef Sami has a really amazing space for teaching baking classes. I had never seen how a dough sheeter works or observed the lamination process so it was a really cool experience! Plus, Chef Sami is awesome. Her pastries come out looking so professional and tasting even better!
Meet your chef
Chef Sami has spent the last 12 years traveling around the world, working on yachts and in Michelin-starred restaurants. She finally settled in Marin County and opened up her own specialty croissant business. Her idea for the business was born out of her love of croissants that developed from her years spent in the south of France. She loves creating traditional and exciting new flavors and fillings and looks forward to teaching guests the art of croissant making.
