This menu set is designed for who don't like curry or coconut milk in their food even though the food still keeps a real authentic Thai taste in every bite. Yum Nuea is a perfect dish to start with a freshness of mint and lime juice dressing.
Gai Krathiam Phrik Thai is my family favorite dish that I cannot make enough to feed everyone. You would love how easy to make but amazing flavors of this dish.
Pad Woon Sen uses another type of noodles that make from mung beans. Although without meat, It's full with all veggies (carrots, tomatoes, green onion, and cilantro) that you will eat until the last bite.
Thai Iced tea with boba is sweet and unique taste of iced tea that you will ask for the second glass!

* You can change or substitute meat according to your diet.
* Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
