Begin class by creating indulgent garlic shrimp seared in a silky saffron butter sauce, and elegant dates filled with creamy goat cheese and wrapped in bacon. For the main dish, craft an authentic Spanish seafood paella from scratch using shrimp, mussels, clams and more. Finally, whip up crema Catalana for dessert.
