Create sushi worthy of the red carpet with fanciful rolls, upscale appetizers and sumptuous sauces.

In this premium sushi-making class, Chef Ben takes sushi to the next level in both fundamentals and flavor. Sharpen your knife skills and rolling techniques as you learn how to create a higher level of tantalizing sushi appetizers and special rolls.

This hands-on class begins with preparing perfect sushi rice and basic rolls to hone those sushi-rolling skills. As you craft each sauce and component from scratch, you'll discover unique tricks for creating unforgettable sushi dishes like a crunchy avocado ball, volcano roll and smooth mochi ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

If you are a sushi-making amateur and want to learn, look no further! Chef Ben has a myriad of experience and is incredibly knowledgeable with different sushi making techniques. He taught us how to make restaurant quality sushi at home down to garnishing and plating! Extremely fun and engaging cooking course for your next date night. I can’t wait to book Chef Ben again!

Chef Ben was wonderful! He arrived on time, had clear communication, and the food was AMAZING! He is a kind and patient instructor, am definitely a novice when it comes to Sushi! I would and do recommend Ben's classes!

Chef Ben’s passion for sushi began when he was only 16 years old. While still in high school, he became a sushi chef, and in 2013, he moved to NYC to continue sharpening his skills and mastering the art of Japanese cuisine. By 24, he became the youngest head chef in the restaurant where he worked and helped his family open their own restaurant. Now, Chef Ben looks forward to introducing others to sushi in a creative manner.
