You will learn expert techniques and learn how to perfect sushi presentation under Chef Ben's guidance, transforming decadent ingredients into complex dishes that delight both the eyes and the tastebuds.

We had an awesome experience with Chef Ben! The class was such a great time. He was very experienced and knew how to cater the lessons to our twin daughters, which was a birthday present for them. I HIGHLY recommend looking for Chef Ben if you want an amazing in-house sushi class experience!

Chef Ben’s passion for sushi began when he was only 16 years old. While still in high school, he became a sushi chef, and in 2013, he moved to NYC to continue sharpening his skills and mastering the art of Japanese cuisine. By 24, he became the youngest head chef in the restaurant where he worked and helped his family open their own restaurant. Now, Chef Ben looks forward to introducing others to sushi in a creative manner.
