Chef Anibal will teach you how to prepare Spanish favorites, including the cross-utilization octopus.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Anibal will teach you how to cook several dishes that incorporate a unique ingredient: Octopus. Discover a special method for cooking octopus to use for preparing an appetizer, as well as a Spanish paella.

Begin by prepping the octopus to use as the star of your traditional pulpo a la Gallega — a popular dish in the Galicia region of Spain. Then, prepare a fresh salad to enjoy alongside a warm and well-seasoned Spanish paella featuring more octopus. For dessert, indulge in the citrusy flavors of a Catalan-style burnt custard.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
