Learn the delicate art of macaron making in this completely hands-on class.

In this fun and interactive cooking class, Chef Roger will guide you in crafting authentic macarons completely from scratch and featuring different flavors and colors.

First, Chef Roger will teach you how to make the macaron shells in any color you choose, then whip up homemade chocolate ganache, lemon, passion fruit or blood orange curd, and raspberry or apricot jam to fill the shells. You’ll leave class with the secrets behind perfect Italian meringue, skills for piping shells and mixing dough, recipes for fillings and over a dozen macarons to share with friends and family.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
