Cooking Class - Traditional Sushi
There's an art to creating authentic sushi from scratch, and in this hands-on cooking class Chef Laura will teach you all the secrets! Learn time-honored techniques required for preparing beloved fish and rice combinations.
First, create a selection of raw spring roll starters filled with vermicelli noodles and vegetables. Then, chose two sushi roll selections to prepare using sushi rice and an array of fresh fish and vegetables served with dipping sauces. For dessert, Chef Laura will show you how to make matcha cookies with a milk shooter.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
