Discover the magic of making an array of fresh sushi creations with Chef Laura.

There's an art to creating authentic sushi from scratch, and in this hands-on cooking class Chef Laura will teach you all the secrets! Learn time-honored techniques required for preparing beloved fish and rice combinations.

First, create a selection of raw spring roll starters filled with a variety of fresh vegetables. Then, chose two sushi roll selections to prepare using sushi rice and an array of fresh fish and vegetables served with dipping sauces. For dessert, Chef Laura will show you how to make a wonderful palate cleanser of green tea ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Laura was phenomenal! I would recommend her to anyone that is wanting to do a class with her. She has a great personality to talk with during the entire time. She has expertise in cooking and gives you culinary tricks to use. I would definitely be requesting Chef Laura again.
