Enjoy an Italian-inspired meal made modern with a fresh lineup of ingredients.
In this interactive cooking class with Chef Jerry, you'll learn how to make Italian-inspired dishes with new ingredients like mango, bok choy and butternut squash.
Begin by preparing lobster with fresh mango and papaya, creamy coconut milk and rice. For the main dish, Chef Jerry will teach you professional secrets for cooking duck breast to be sided by unique ingredients, like bok choy and cherries, as well as Italian staples, like pasta and red wine. End your modern Italian feast by preparing butternut squash rice pudding with chocolate chips.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jerry was awesome! I really enjoyed working with him and had so much fun learning new techniques. He is a classically trained chef who loves teaching others and it shows. The quality and presentation of his food was superb. I highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to further develop their culinary skills and have a fun time while learning!

In his 20 years as a classically trained chef, Chef Jerry has served as executive chef in some of the best-known restaurants in the world, as well as operating several of his own. His experience also includes 10 years as an adjunct professor teaching culinary and hospitality courses. Now, Chef Jerry finds his joy in helping budding chefs learn to create culinary masterpieces of their own.
