Garlic is the main attraction in this interactive hands-on cooking class with Chef Dominique. Learn how to incorporate this show-stopping ingredient into some true Italian classics for a meal you won't forget.
Get things started by preparing a roasted asparagus soup heartily flavored with garlic and lemon. Then, Chef Dominique will show you how to make tagliolini pasta from scratch, which you'll top with fresh tomatoes, basil and, of course, garlic! And for a light dessert to end class, bake delicately sweet pecan wedding cookies.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
