Learn how to properly roll sushi, make sushi rice and much more with Chef Ricky.

You'll learn how to make three types of vegan, gluten-free sushi in this sushi-making class with Chef Ricky. Each roll features unique ingredients for a special tasting experience.

First, you'll prepare a vegan "tuna" tataki featuring watermelon and sweet soy glaze. After cooking the perfect sticky sushi rice, you'll prepare fillings for each sushi roll, including jackfruit, avocado, eggplant and more, and Chef Ricky will show you professional techniques to properly roll sushi. Finally, you'll prepare (then enjoy!) traditional mango sticky rice.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ricky is incredible! Our group of 8 enjoyed his Ramen class to no end. He was polite, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Most importantly, he was patient with a group who only aspired to eat Ramen and couldn't imagine making our own. The experience provided us with a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere where we were able to chat, learn about each other, and laugh so hard until we cried. We will be back! Thank you Chef Ricky, a great time was had by all!

Ricky was fabulous! We had a group of 8 that made homemade pasta and ricotta cheese. EXCITING!! Plus a wonderful 4 course Italian delight. It was so much fun and Ricky gave us great tips on cooking and included the full group in the process. We will definitely be back again. Thanks Ricky.!
