Cooking Class - Gluten-Free Sushi Classics

What You’ll Do

Learn how to properly roll sushi, make sushi rice and much more with Chef Ricky.

You'll learn how to make three types of vegan, gluten-free sushi in this sushi-making class with Chef Ricky. Each roll features unique ingredients for a special tasting experience.

First, you'll prepare a vegan "tuna" tataki featuring watermelon and sweet soy glaze. After cooking the perfect sticky sushi rice, you'll prepare fillings for each sushi roll, including jackfruit, avocado, eggplant and more, and Chef Ricky will show you professional techniques to properly roll sushi. Finally, you'll prepare (then enjoy!) traditional mango sticky rice.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We Cooked lettuce wraps, orange chicken with delicious fried rice and finished with the best mango sorbet we’ve ever tried and we had a BLAST while doing it!! Chef Rickey really knew what he was talking about, and helped us learn so much!!
