The vibrant flavors of Greece come to life as an inventive tapas array in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kelly. Create these dishes using fresh ingredients and taste the sun-soaked Mediterranean one bite at a time.
Begin with a silky Greek hummus loaded with tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and olives and served with fresh pita bread. Then, prepare spinach and feta-filled spanakopita pinwheels and a tomato-caper chicken dish with lemons and potatoes. End with a sweet dessert of kourabiedes, traditional Greek butter cookies with almonds.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
