Chef Theo's class taught us economical simple methods to create meals and sauces, from just a few ingredients, that can be prepared quickly and be used in everyday cooking. We normally find that following recipes is too time consuming and requires many spices and special requirements that just aren't practical. We learned a lot and appreciated his hospitality.

This experience was wonderful! Even better than I imagined. We did cozymeal with Chef Theo for date night and he did not disappoint! We learned (and laughed) so much! His knowledge, skills, and love for cooking are apparent. His personality is warm and the conversations were great. We both learned so much and can’t wait to apply it in the kitchen this week. We will 100% be booking with him again.
