Cooking Class - Louisiana Creole Fusion
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Theo, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Creole fusion menu that draws on West African, French, Spanish and American culinary traditions.
Some of the Creole recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include Creole curry chicken thighs seasoned with a homemade spice blend and served with a Creole-style short grain brown rice, a deconstructed elote side dish enlivened with Creole spices, a homemade Georgia-style peach cobbler for dessert and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
