Chef Meg began cooking professionally in high school before starting a career as a private chef that took her to NYC, LA and Miami. She's catered dinner parties and private events for the last six years. In addition to her vast experience as a culinary professional, Chef Meg also brings a passion for plant-based cooking to her classes and hopes to reach students eager to learn more about the incredible possibilities of eating green.
