Chef Wearing a Mask (Upon Request) Discover how easy it can be to make from-scratch pizza right in your own kitchen.
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Facundo, you will learn everything you need to know to make authentic Italian-inspired pizzas at home completely from scratch!
After beginning with a gourmet Caesar salad with homemade dressing, Chef Facundo will teach you how to make your own pizza dough from scratch using only bread flour, salt, olive oil and yeast. Then, you will learn how to brew a batch of fresh tomato sauce to use as the base for two different pizzas before ending with an apple crumble for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Facundo is so much fun to work with! He is super knowledgeable about food and he gives great explanations about the ingredients and methods he uses. He is a blast to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone in Miami!
Chef Facundo began his culinary career in Argentina, studying and working in well-known restaurants in Buenos Aires. After spending two summers working in Uruguay, Chef Facundo came to the U.S. and began working in fine dining restaurants in San Francisco before landing in New York City. He worked as an executive chef in Brooklyn for five years and also competed on "Chopped" season 46.
