In this California cooking class, Chef Jen will show you how to cook a seasonal spring dinner, highlighting local ingredients. She'll teach you how to prepare an asparagus bisque with a swirl of crème fraîche, followed by risotto with mushrooms and wild salmon with a delicious caper-currant vinaigrette.
For dessert, Chef Jen will teach you how to bake buttermilk biscuits and perfectly whip chantilly cream for the most heavenly strawberry shortcake you've ever had.
If the weather is nice, you can all enjoy the meal outside in Chef Jen's lovely backyard afterward.
