In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Andrew, you will learn the basic knife skills and essential cooking techniques that form the foundation of any professional culinary education. Then, you will put them into practice to prepare a gourmet meal.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to preparing while mastering basic culinary skills and techniques in this class include Vidalia onion soup topped with havarti cheese, fried shrimp with a homemade sweet chili aioli, and a whole roasted chicken with a colorful assortment of roasted vegetables.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

You are guaranteed to learn a ton when you're working with Chef Andrew. Much of his background is in science and he puts a huge emphasis on the science behind cooking, which lends itself to a very interesting and wonderful class! He will take simple dishes and break them down to explain why certain ingredients cook the way they do and why certain techniques work better than others. I highly recommend Chef Andrew and you are guaranteed to expand your cooking knowledge when you're working with him!

Between Chef Andrew's casual (and highly entertaining) teaching style, and his deep understanding of both cooking and the science behind it, you'll LOVE his class! It's interesting, it's fun, and the food is amazing! Highly recommend!!

Best breakfast ever! Eggs were perfect and loaded with freshly chopped veggies for a tasty and healthy breakfast! I would definitely have him make our breakfast again.
Chef Andrew is a well-respected executive chef and entrepreneur bringing more than 25 years of experience to the table. After beginning his culinary career at the age of 15 as a dishwasher, Chef Andrew went on to graduate from culinary school and then to further hone his craft in various hotel restaurants. He now owns and operates two catering companies and is passionate about championing the next generation of aspiring chefs.
