In this interactive hands-on cooking class, Chef Carly will teach you how to prepare three courses of fresh and simple recipes hailing from the West Coast using high-quality organic ingredients.
First, you'll learn how whip up a green apple salad tossed with farmers' market ingredients like arugula, homemade candied pecans, feta and red onions. For your entrée, Chef Carly will teach you techniques to create an ahi tuna poke bowl with avocados, crispy wontons, herbs and an avocado-wasabi mousse. End your journey through California cuisine with a light lemon and blueberry cobbler.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
