Vegan Indian cuisine is healthy, simple to prepare and packed with flavor, as this interactive hands-on cooking class with Chef Anushree demonstrates. You'll discover creative recipes with seasonings that take plant-based cooking to new heights!

Begin with a mixed sprout salad topped with fresh herbs and cumin-spiced rice or peas pilaf. For your entrée, choose either chana masala with chickpeas or dum aloo with baby potatoes. Then, discover how delicious plant-based desserts can be with an indulgent almond fudge made with chickpea flour and maple syrup.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Anushree is fantastic and I had a wonderful time during my lesson with her. She is extremely knowledgeable about ingredients and took time to carefully explain her decisions and the reasoning behind methods she preferred to use for her dishes. She focuses on the health benefits of food and it's very interesting to learn from her. I feel like I have a much better understanding of why certain things are healthier than others and how to best prepare food with wellness in mind. I recommend Chef Anushree for anyone looking to get a better grasp on healthy cooking!

I really enjoyed the workshop. It was cool getting to experience a different style of cuisine that I only had a limited knowledge of beforehand and that too in such a healthy and delicious manner.
