Begin with your choice of zucchini noodle or chopped Italian salad for a refreshing starter course. For your entrée, choose either potato gnocchi or cavatelli pasta served in a creamy spinach sauce. And for a dessert that will make your heart sing, choose either a silky-smooth coffee almond panna cotta or crispy almond flour biscotti.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Anushree is fantastic and I had a wonderful time during my lesson with her. She is extremely knowledgeable about ingredients and took time to carefully explain her decisions and the reasoning behind methods she preferred to use for her dishes. She focuses on the health benefits of food and it's very interesting to learn from her. I feel like I have a much better understanding of why certain things are healthier than others and how to best prepare food with wellness in mind. I recommend Chef Anushree for anyone looking to get a better grasp on healthy cooking!

I really enjoyed the workshop. It was cool getting to experience a different style of cuisine that I only had a limited knowledge of beforehand and that too in such a healthy and delicious manner.

Born and raised in India, Chef Anushree’s personal health journey and passion for nutrition moved her to quit a successful corporate career and pursue a nutrition and culinary education. She is now a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Plant-Based Culinary Chef with years of experience teaching plant-based cooking classes and helping people experience and understand that healthy eating doesn't have to be boring.
