In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Alexis, you will learn how to prepare an elevated four-course dinner menu using a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients and a fusion of French and Italian recipes and cooking techniques.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include parsley dumplings bobbing in a vegetarian consommé, handmade fagottini pasta finished with a homemade thyme and truffle beurre monté sauce, mini lemon cheesecakes with a blueberry crumble for dessert, and so much more!

Chef Alexis is a recipe developer and private chef who brings nearly a decade of professional culinary experience to the table. After graduating from culinary school, Chef Alexis has had the opportunity to further hone her craft in a variety of kitchens and roles. She specializes in French cuisine as well as Asian-Spanish fusion and loves hosting cooking parties and creating menus that embrace the bounty of the season.
