In this vegetarian cooking class series, Chef Stephanie will offer a rotating list of vegan and vegetarian classes every Monday. With recipes including veggie burgers, whole grains, and killer salads, these classes will satisfy all your cravings and maybe even convert a carnivore or two! Now you can participate in the Meatless Mondays revolution. Plus, you get to dine on what you make throughout the class and have some wine along the way!
HOW TO FEED YOUR CARNIVORE FRIENDS & LOVERS VEGETARIAN FOOD
We will learn how to make two main course dishes that not only will make your meat eating companions stop making fun of you for your vegetarian hippie ways, bur may even convert them to adopting Meatless Mondays.
SALADS ARE NOT BORING (AND NOT JUST FOR RABBITS)
We will learn the basics of what makes a salad truly shine and make three delicious salads that will rock your world. We’ll use three commonly loathed ingredients (beets, kale, and brussels sprouts) for salads -- even the haters will ask for seconds.
YOU’RE A SAUCY MINX
We will create Chef Stephanie's top 5 all time favorite food processor no-cook sauces that will literally change your culinary life. With these sauces in your arsenal you can take any vegetable, grain (or even meat, gasp!) to the next level.
VEGGIE BURGERS THAT DON’T SUCK
We will tackle the seemingly impossible feat of creating veggie “burger” patties that aren’t as dry as the desert, that don’t fall apart or blend into the toppings when you bite into the bun. We’ll learn how to pair with the right toppings and bread, and won’t use any fake meat, just whole awesome ingredients.
HOLY WHOLE GRAINS, BATMAN
We’ll cover how to cook three of my favorite whole grains (bulgur, farro, and quinoa) and then make three amazing recipes to show them all off.
VEGETABLE SIDES TO ROCK YOUR WORLD
We’ll tackle three elegant vegetable sides that will wow your guests and totally blow up your Instagram feed.
VEGAN RAW + NOT GROSS DESSERTS
We'll tackle awesome raw, vegan, and not gross desserts to please both your inner fat kid and outer god/goddess-esque physique.
