Learn professional chef secrets to preparing a traditional steak Diane from scratch and from start to finish in this interactive cooking class with Chef Tiffany as your guide.
Steak Diane combines a thin-cut steak with a pan sauce made from steak drippings, mustard and wine, and flambéed to create perfect caramelization on the steak. You'll also prepare a cucumber wrap salad with prosciutto and goat cheese, new potatoes and broccolini to pair with your steak, and an authentic golden-crusted crème brûlée with vanilla beans for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a wonderful evening...learned so much about cooking from Tiffany and enjoyed ourselves while cooking together! Tiffany cleaned everything up and left the kitchen spotless. Great food, cooking tips and such a fun way to spend an evening with friends. Highly recommend this experience!

Most recently, she served as the executive chef of an Indianapolis eatery where she earned a reputation for bringing the flavors of Latin America to life. Chef Tiffany now single-handedly runs her own custom catering company.
