Cooking Class - Mediterranean Salmon

Learn to prepare a beautiful and simple three-course Mediterranean dinner!

In this Mediterranean fish cooking class, Chef Judy will teach you to prepare a beautiful and simple lemon-infused salmon. You'll start the meal by learning knife skills and cutting up tomatoes, cucumbers, and mint for a Greek salad. You'll also learn to make poached pears using a simple Mediterranean-inspired recipe.

Chef Judy welcomes guests to bring their own wine to the class, and is happy to make recommendations for pairings.

I'm a chef as well as a television producer, with a long background in food as well as videography. I owned my own bakery and have worked in many places in NYC in both pastry and cuisine. This makes me a double threat: I make killer croissants AND can butcher/cook any piece of meat you throw at me plus whip up a sauce to go along with it. I look forward to cooking for and with you.
